The Cicero Sports Complex and the Arcadia Ball Park are maintained by the Cicero Parks Department, Arcadia Ball Park, HHASA board members, and volunteers within our organization. We are privileged to be able to use these fields for our program. Proper respect for the facility is required of all athletes, parents and other visitors at all times. All areas including the dugouts, fields, spectator areas, restrooms, etc are to be left the way they were found. All trash is to be removed and properly discarded. The ongoing maintenance of our facilities is a huge task.
Further rules for our parks:
No tobacco, e-cigarettes, or vapes will be permitted at the Cicero Sports Complex or Arcadia Ball Park at any time.
No alcohol will be permitted in the parks at any time. Anyone under the influence will be asked to leave the parks.
Spectators are to park in designated areas only and obey all posted speed limit signs
Unauthorized vehicles are not allowed on the fields.
All players, coaches, parents and spectators will show good sportsmanship at all times.
Only wiffle balls may be hit into the fence.
During games and practices, only the coaches and players are allowed in the dugout or on the field unless invited to help.
Social Media Use Policy: While HHASA supports the use of social media outlets; (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, among others), individuals may use such media in any way they choose as long as such use does not produce any adverse consequences such as harassing, demeaning, creating a hostile environment, or harming the goodwill and reputation of the league or in the community at large.
