- All games will be played with a 90 minute time limit. Games called because of time limit shall be a regulation game. No new inning shall start after 90 minutes.
- Any game called because of in-climate weather or darkness can be started, "from the point where it was called". If this game has reached the bottom of the 2nd inning, it must be started with the same line-ups, positions, count on the batter and number of outs. Unless a player cannot make the restart then a sub can be inserted. If said game is still in the 1st inning or top of the 2nd, the game will be replayed from the beginning of the game.
- Pitchers shall pitch no more than 4 innings per game. No limit on innings per week.
- A 10 run rule shall be in effect after 4 innings or 3.5 if the home team is ahead.
- All games shall be played with 9 defensive players per Babe Ruth rules or 10. (Must start and end with 9). Exception being that if both coaches have enough players and agree that they would like to add a 10th player (roving outfielder). They must decide before the game begins to play with 10 players defensively. this would be allowed in all age divisions during the local league season, but not in any tournament play (including county tournaments).
- If the difference between the score reaches 20 or more runs any time after the completion of 2 innings (or any complete inning afterward)the game will be stopped and it will be a complete game.

- Each player on a team's roster must play after every 2 innings with free substitution throughout the game. (Except for pitchers). No player can sit out for more than 2 innings defensively. Violation of this rule can or will bring penalties such as a forfeited game or removal of coach
- Any team needing to bring an extra player to a game because of vacations, illness or injuries must draw from a pool of all rostered players in their league from an age group younger than which it is playing on. You cannot bring up the same player more than 3 times. Any player brought up cannot start ahead of any players rostered on the team they are playing for, if they are present and on time. The only time a player being brought up can start is when there are less than 9 players at said games. Violation of these rules can result in forfeiting of games and/or removal of the coach.
- Batting helmets are required to have face guards attached to the helmets.
Addition to the current pitching rule per Babe Ruth Guidelines
- Pitcher's Foot Placement: The new addition will eliminate the requirement that a pitcher must have part of her pivot foot on top of the pitchers plate. The pivot foot must only start in contact with the plate. This allows the pitcher to start with the non-pivot "stride" foot in contact with or behind the plate, and allows the pitcher to step back with the stride foot off of the plate; provided the stepback begins prior tot he official start of the pitch, the separating of the hands.
- Pitchers will have a choice to either continue with the current rule or to comply with the new addition. Both are considered legal play and will not result in an illegal pitch scenario.
